Never miss a seller lead.
An inbound AI assistant that answers seller calls when you can't, takes the intake you'd take, and books the appointment onto your calendar — with the details already in your CRM before you pick up the phone.

"Thanks for calling [your company]. This is Avery, an automated assistant — I'm an AI, not a person, and this call is recorded. Is that okay with you?… Great. Can I get your first name?"
Motivated sellers don't wait.
A seller who reaches voicemail at seven in the evening — while you're underwriting a deal, at a property, or with your family — usually rings the next name on the list, takes the first conversation that feels competent, and rarely rings back. The deal isn't lost to a better offer. It's lost to a greeting.
The controls are the product.
We built this around the controls a broker, a lender and a compliance officer will ask about first — and we describe every one of them here rather than asking you to take our word for it. These are engineering controls, not legal advice; your own counsel still has the last word.
Stops on Distress
Foreclosure, a notice of default, bankruptcy, probate — it takes the caller's name, number and address only and routes the record to the human you've named for a same-business-day callback. You make that call, not the software, and Maverick never takes it for you. It never qualifies or automates those calls, and that gate can't be switched off at any tier.
Simple pricing. No sales call.
Onboarded by a person, not a form. Voice and email go live at publication, texting once carrier registration in your name clears.

What can't be turned off.
It stops on distress
Foreclosure, a notice of default, bankruptcy, probate — it takes the caller's name, number and address only and routes the record to the human you've named for a same-business-day callback. You make that call, not the software, and Maverick never takes it for you. It never qualifies or automates those calls, and that gate can't be switched off at any tier.
It says it's an AI
Every call opens with the AI disclosure and a recording notice, and the assistant asks for — and waits for — a yes before anything else is collected. A caller who declines gets a callback request and a polite goodbye, not a recorded call. The consent and its timestamp are stored on every record.
It never quotes a price
No value, no range, no offer, no "starting point." A real number comes from your buyer, after they've seen the property.
Plain about who you are
It never claims to be a brokerage, never uses agent or listing language, and tells every seller early and plainly that you may assign your contract — on the recording, in the assistant's own words. Whether your own activity needs a licence or registration is a question for your attorney; the script doesn't answer it.
Answers. Takes the intake. Books.
01 — Answers when you can't
Nights, weekends, mid-deal. No hold music, no "someone will call you back."
02 — Takes the intake you'd take
Address, property type, occupancy, condition, timeline, who's on title — captured in the seller's own words.
03 — Books the appointment
Straight onto your calendar, with a confirmation to the seller and the full intake sitting in your CRM.
The questions your attorney will ask.
When would my account actually go live?
Is a caller going to think they're talking to a person?
What happens when a caller is facing foreclosure?
Will it tell a seller what their house is worth?
Do I need a real estate licence for this?
